As a Sales & Support Specialist, you are operating from our Amsterdam HQ and Showroom and will be the first personal impression our customers will experience. From our showroom you will host our customers, giving them the warmest welcome they have ever experienced, informing them on our products, and assisting them with test-rides and inquiries. Ultimately, this is where you - as a sales rockstar - will excel!

But it doesn't simply stop there. You are the jack-of-all-trades when it comes to customers care, support, troubleshooting, and order fulfillment. With your hawk-eye on the customer experience, you guide the process of purchase, delivery, and after-sales like a true host.

You will be working in a great synergy with our logistics partner, technical support network and of course your colleagues who will be also working from our Showroom. Together you will bring the LEKKER experience to greater heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host visitors to our showroom with test rides, product insights and support in the order fulfillment process.

  • You are the best host you can be. Selling is your mantra and your passion to get people on bikes is never ending.

  • Lift our customer experience to the highest of levels. You will communicate with customers all across the Netherlands and Germany.

  • Keep our showroom looking its finest and actively develop our shopping experience together with our global team.

  • You support our customers with any sales, warranty and support inquiries via email, tickets and phone and help keep our Trustpilot score the greatest in the industry!

  • You're a true multitask hero. You will welcome new customers, swiftly handle incoming calls and respond to incoming tickets.

  • You are meticulously in keeping track of orders and communicating clearly with our warehousing- and shipping partners to ensure customers receive their bikes on time.

  • A spanner is your friend. Small fixes are not something that scares you.

  • Be our eyes and ears. Collect all that is oh so important to share with your team to keep improving our products and services.

Our Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in retail, hospitality and/or customer support roles. Experience with FreshDesk is considered favorable.

  • Great communication skills – strong verbal and written Dutch and English is required. German is a strong plus!

  • Flexible in working one weekend day. 

  • You are a true problem-solver, people lover, and don’t mind a few chats a day!

  • Being a positive thinker, approachable, and enjoying being of help

  • You're able to hold a wrench, fix a tyre and able to learn quickly how our bikes work. In other words: you like bikes!

  • You must be based in the Netherlands / Amsterdam region in order to be eligible for this role.
